Seda & Companhia reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to read them regularly. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PARTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our items are handmade with a certified artisan production label. As artisanal producers, we do not produce in quantity, so our items are limited. We would also like to point out that sometimes the items we receive may differ slightly from the items pictured. We call these slight differences in the pieces an impression of the handwork. <\/p>\n

We would also like to point out that we cannot guarantee exactly that the colors in the photographs on www.sedaecompanhia.com<\/a> correspond exactly to the piece you have received. There may be different shades from piece to piece, which partly depend on the color settings of your computer, monitor and also the raw materials used (fabrics and threads), which are also handmade items. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

PARTS AVAILABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seda & Companhia is a brand that produces exclusive, personalized pieces or collections in limited quantities, because our concept is based on quality and not quantity. That said, as a rule, all our pieces are made to order. During the ordering process, you will be informed of the timeframe for production and delivery of the item. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The process of ordering a piece, whether it’s one of those presented in our portfolio or a personalized and exclusive piece, always begins with sending a message by email, either through the forms available on the website or directly to the email address: geral@sedaecompanhia.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You will then receive a reply from us, who will guide you through the process and provide you with all the information you need.<\/p>\n

When you order the production of a piece, you must pay 50% of the budget. The remaining amount is paid when the order is finalized and before it is shipped. <\/p>\n

The prices shown on the pieces in our portfolio are indicative, exclude customizations and include VAT at the rate in force.<\/p>\n

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

Seda & Companhia pieces are shipped to Portugal, Europe and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n

Orders are shipped by CTT. However, depending on the location, other carriers such as UPS or DHL may be used. <\/p>\n

Orders are sent without insurance; we cannot be held responsible if they are lost, misplaced or stolen. If you wish to insure your shipment, please let us know when you place your order. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

CUSTOMS, TAXES OR DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices quoted on this site do not include import taxes. In the case of international shipments, to countries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to payment of a tax or customs duty, for which Seda & Companhia is not responsible. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to the customizable nature of our products and bearing in mind that each order is unique, we do not accept returns, except in the case of defective products. Order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the initial payment. If the cancellation is made after this period or when the order is already in production, the order price will not be refunded. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
