To keep the items in their best shape, we advise against it:

– Contact with rough, rough surfaces and sharp objects, to minimize scratches and preserve embroidery and fabrics.

– Exposure to rain or direct contact with water. If this occurs, allow the item to dry in the shade.

– Contact with products containing chemicals – hand cream, make-up, perfume, etc.

– Use with excessive weight, as it may become deformed or damaged.

– Machine wash, as this may damage the embroidery and fabric or cause inadvertent dyeing or discoloration of the materials.

Embroidered items should be cleaned using dry cleaning. However, before cleaning or applying products to your garment, we suggest consulting professionals in the field.
